cryptoflowlabs.com publishes the Whale Wire, a free page about public crypto market data, and plain answers about crypto tax forms. This notice covers everything the site collects. There are no accounts and no payments.

Analytics (PostHog)

The Whale Wire home page uses PostHog to see which stories people read and share. PostHog records the pages you view, the site that sent you, your browser and device, an approximate location worked out from your IP address, how fast the page loaded, and where you click and scroll, including the share and waitlist buttons. It keeps a random id in your browser (a cookie and local storage) so it can tell one visit from the next. PostHog is a US service, and FlowTape Labs uses one PostHog project for all its sites. If your browser sends Do Not Track, the page records nothing. The tax answer pages and these legal pages run no analytics.

The alerts waitlist

If you join the waitlist, we keep your email address and where you want alerts (Telegram or email). Netlify, our host, stores them in its form storage. We use them once, to tell you when alerts launch. We don't send marketing email, and we don't sell or share your address. Ask us any time and we'll delete it.

Market data

Your browser loads the prices, positions and options trades on the home page directly from Hyperliquid and Deribit. Like any website, those services receive your IP address and browser details when your browser asks them for data, and their own privacy policies cover what they keep. CryptoFlowLabs doesn't receive or store that data.

Hosting

Netlify serves the site and keeps standard server logs: your IP address, the page asked for and the time.
