Not advice

The Whale Wire reports what public market data shows. It is not investment, financial, legal or tax advice, and nothing on the site is a recommendation to buy, sell or hold anything. FlowTape Labs is not a broker or an investment adviser. Decisions you make are your own.

The data

Prices, positions, liquidation prices and options trades come from the public Hyperliquid and Deribit APIs and are shown as received. They can be late, incomplete or wrong, and they change by the second. A liquidation price is the exchange's own estimate. We don't know who owns any wallet, and showing a wallet's positions says nothing about any person.

Alerts and prices

Alerts are not available yet. The prices on the home page are planned prices. Nothing is charged, and joining the waitlist doesn't commit you to anything.

Fair use

Don't use the site to break the law, to harass anyone, or to overload the site or the services it reads from.

No warranty

The site is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, FlowTape Labs is not liable for any loss that comes from using the site or relying on its data.

Changes and law

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States.
